Philippe Carrant in Paris Michael Rogers, Hong Kong

Philippe Carrant was educated in Bordeaux, where he first developed his passion for wines, and where he began to build his network of key industry contacts. After completing his education in the United States, Philippe became a founding partner and Managing Director of Wines Overland. Today, Philippe leads a highly trained team with expertise in sourcing Old World wines, in addition to overseeing the day-to-day management of the business. He is now based at the company's head office in Paris, although he is often found out in the field tasting and discovering new wines from the Old World. With more than 15 years in the wine business, Philippe is dedicated to bringing even more undiscovered wines to the company's extensive portfolio.
Michael Rogers is a founding partner of Wines Overland, and also the company's Export Director for the Asia-Pacific region. Michael completed his formal education in the UK and South America, but began his wine career in the United States. He is passionate about wine and the wine business, in which he has worked for more than 16 years. This, combined with his many years in France and more than 12 years living in Asia, has given him a thorough understanding of these important regions, markets, and lifestyles.
